Cinema release in the Netherlands and Germany

This month of May is a great month for THE SUBSTANCE. The film will be officially released in movie theaters both in The Netherlands and Germany.

Dutch distributor Cinema Delicatessen has released the film in the Netherlands on early May. Still out in Amsterdam, Maastricht, Nijmegen and Utrecht. For further informations on programs, here is Cinema Delicatessen's website.

As previously announced, German distributor Mindjazz Pictures will officially release THE SUBSTANCE all around Germany on May 17th. Film director Martin Witz will attend premieres in Berlin on the 18th (FSK Kino) and in Cologne on the 19th. Check Mindjazz Pictures' website for more details.

Besides these releases, the film continues his brilliant career in the French speaking region of Switzerland. Still out in Genève, Lausanne & La Chaux-de-Fonds, distributed by Frenetic Films. Check here for details.

Between May 2nd - 13th the Cineteca Nuevo Leon in Monterey, Mexico, will host a selection of films from FIC UNAM 2012. THE SUBSTANCE' screening is planned on May 5th / Sala 2 / 9 p.m. More info here

The documentary Swiss festival Visions du réel - Nyon organizes a series of screenings called Rendez-vous Visions du réel at Cinéma Capitol. The "rendez-vous" with THE SUBSTANCE is planned on Monday the 7th of May at 8.15 p.m. / Cinéma Capitol, Nyon. More info.

Great Canadian premiere @ DOXA 2012 - Documentary Film Festival. Vancouver / May 4th - 13th. Single screening on May 8th / 3.45 p.m., at Pacific Cinématheque. Take a look to their website.
